This new procedure is designed for the fast and cost-effective quantitative determination of the Catecholamines in urine. The protocol is divided into two parts: first step is the highly specific extraction of Adrenaline, Noradrenaline, and Dopamine which guarantees high rates of yield. The second step is a competitive RIA.
